Supernet Receives Rs. 659 million Bids through Book Building

Karachi, April 13: Supernet Limited has raised PKR 475 million through book-building at GEM Board of PSX. The process has concluded with an oversubscription of 1.4 times, the Company said on Wednesday. The total bids received are worth PKR 659 million while the strike price clocked in at Rs 22.50.

The issue consists of 21,111,121 Ordinary Shares, representing 18.81 per cent of the total post-offering paid up capital of Supernet of face value of Rs10 each.

The entire issue was offered through Book Building on April 12-13 at a Floor Price of Rs22.50 per share, including premium of Rs12.50 per share.

Super Net has been offered at FY22 PE of 6.7 vs Avg. IT sector PE of 22X, offering significant value to the investors.

This offering will help revive new listings at PSX once again. There is lot of demand for tech related stocks and that is why we saw higher than anticipated bids in the book building of SuperNet says Mohammed Sohail CEO of Topline Securities who acted as Advisor and Book Runner to the issue.

Supernet scrip oversubscribed on first day of Book Building at GEM Board, PSX

Karachi, April 13: Being the first IT company to be listed at GEM Board of PSX, Supernet Limited has received overwhelming response by investors on first day of its book building on 12th April. The book buying would continue on 13th April (today) too.

 

With an oversubscription of 1.99% on first day of its book building, Supernet received total bids of21,530,720 shares against an offer of 21,111,121 shares, over subscription by 1.99% or 419,599 shares on Day 1.

Supernet set to raise 475 million through listing at PSX

KARACHI, March 31: Supernet Limited plans to raise Rs475 million through Initial Offering of its 18.81 per cent of post-offering share capital. The capital being raised by listing the firm on the GEM Board of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) will consist of fresh equity of Rs275 million in Supernet and ‘Offer for Sale’ by Telecard Limited of Rs200 million.

Supernet is the first technology company to be listed on GEM Board of PSX.

The issue consists of 21,111,121 Ordinary Shares, representing 18.81 per cent of the total post-offering paid up capital of Supernet of face value of Rs10 each.

The entire issue will be offered through Book Building on April 12-13 for which registration will Start from April 7 at a Floor Price of Rs22.50 per share, including premium of Rs12.50 per share. The upper limit of the price band will not be more than 40 per cent of the Floor Price.

Super Net is being offered at FY22 PE of 6.7 vs Avg. IT sector PE of 22X, offering significant value to the investors.  Out of the total issue, 8,888,889 shares are being offered as Offer for Sale by Telecard and 12,222,232 shares are being offered as fresh equity.

Supernet Secures multiple contracts from ZTBL worth over PKR 450 Million!

Contracts will help ZTBL strengthen the communication and IT infrastructure of their nationwide branch network

 

Karachi, February 21: Supernet has been awarded multiple contracts worth over PKR 450 Million by Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL) after competitive bidding process. The contracts will help ZTBL strengthen the communication and IT infrastructure of their nationwide branch network, mostly in the rural areas of Pakistan.

 

Supernet is actively upgrading communication infrastructure of the bank with multi-medium communication networks enabling availability of high level uptimes for branches to communicate with their head office. This will be a managed service model where Supernet will do installation and configuration of its Wide Area Network with ZTBL’s already existing devices for end-to-end seamless communication. The nationwide presence of Supernet’s engineering resources will ensure smooth and fast deployment of this system.

 

Furthermore, Supernet will also upgrade current Local Area Network (LAN) at all of the bank’s 450+ branches across Pakistan, ensuring installation of high quality passive infrastructure of power and data communication. Bank’s appetite, demand and design of next generation LAN will ensure a long term and durable infrastructure availability in remote areas, which is quite a challenge.

Supernet & Avara Secure PKR 250M Project for Pakistan’s Telecom Infrastructure

The program includes establishment of a repair facility in Pakistan and transfer of knowledge through an expansive training program enabling in-country engineers and technicians to rectify faults throughout the equipment’s lifecycle.

Supernet Wins Major Optical Fiber Supply and Deployment Project worth PKR 150 million

Islamabad, January 05:  Supernet Limited (“Supernet”) has secured a sizeable telecommunications infrastructure development project from a Pakistani mobile network operator.

 

The project valued at over PKR 150 million includes the supply of optical fiber and associated equipment and its deployment in different areas of Punjab. The total length of different segments constituting this project is approximately 140 kilometres.

 

With this project, Supernet has reached a significant milestone of 1,000 kilometres of optical fiber supply and deployment projects awarded by mobile network operators in Pakistan.

Supernet Ltd obtains SBP contract worth Rs100mn

Telecard Limited’s 100% owned subsidiary, Supernet Limited (“Supernet”), has been awarded a contract by the State Bank of Pakistan (“SBP”) in IT and Cyber Security domain worth close to PKR 100 million according to a filing at the PSX. This contract involves supply, installation, maintenance and technical support of Next Generation Intrusion Detection and Protection Systems (“IDPS”) to secure SBP Infrastructure from Advance Persistent Threats (“APT”).

 

This IDPS solution will provide SBP with state-of-the-art deduction of vulnerable exploits and unidentified treats originating against any targeted system, applications or hardware.   In addition, the IDPS will provide remedial measures, as and when any malicious behavior is detected. This solution will operate by scanning all network traffic on SBP’s gateways detecting and protecting against threats like DoS, DDoS, Worms and viruses, additionally, creating a 2nd layer of defense to SBP’s security framework.

 

It may be relevant to point out that the SBP has maintained the highest possible standards for vendor selection, amidst stiff technical evaluative process and Supernet’s emergence as successful bidder is a testament that it has the capability and capacity to undertake this project, paving the way for similar contracts in this sensitive cybersecurity domain within the financial sector.

Supernet and PAKSAT Sign Strategic Partnership for Proliferation of Satellite Communications systems

Supernet Gets Rs. 100 Million Projects by Strategic Organization

Supernet Limited (“Supernet”) has been awarded three equipment supply projects consisting of equipment and services in the domains of satellite communications, telecommunications, and power with a combined equivalent value of PKR 100 million.
