Punjab Board of Revenue introduced e-stamp paper in Pakistan

For facilitating the citizens online, the Punjab Board of Revenue has decided to introduce an e-stamp paper in Pakistan. This step promises to wipe up the bogus and fraud stamp papers that were common earlier and it has resulted in a great loss of rupees. Following below is mentioned that how the e-Stamp process will work:

If any person wants to shop for a high-value non-judicial stamp; he will be only asked for an online connection to access the system online. The knowledge required regarding entering is not too much. In fact, it could happen within the system of ongoing, like the names of the customer, the seller and therefore the person from whom you are going to buy the stamps. You will be only able to purchase it with the help of your CNIC.

Your entered CNIC information will verify online through the NADRA database in real-time. After completing the verification step, a challan form 32-A will generate that will support the provided data.

The stamp paper buyer with the issued challan form 32-A is asked to take to the closest branch of Bank of Punjab or National Banker at any dedicated bank counters established within the offices: sub-registrars. As soon as the stamp tax fee will be paid, the bank will print on specific legal-size paper especially designed and handover the stamp paper. After all these agreements, the stamp paper is going to be submitted to the housing society/ sub-registrar or authority/land developers.
