The Ramzan 2023 Monitoring App, developed by the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), has been monitoring free distribution of wheat flour in Punjab.
In this regard, administrative secretaries have so far made 350 visits to flour sales points throughout Punjab during the month of Ramzan so that the concerned secretaries can give their feedback on the pre-defined checklist and recommendations for improving service delivery using the App.
District level arrangements and wheat procurement are also being monitored through the App to ensure the supply of wheat across Punjab for the convenience of the people.
