Claim and counterclaim

These would certainly be interesting and attractive upgrades for the next generation OnePlus flagship, though we’ve seen ceramic ones before on the market OnePlus X – and on Several models From Oppo, the phone maker that has now merged with OnePlus.

As usual with these kinds of rumors, treat them with caution, even when the source is reliable (plans can change and inside information can be wrong, after all). Jambor goes along with the UFS 4.0 rumor, so it seems OnePlus is keen to pack as much of the latest technology as possible into its next high-end product. The phone is expected to be launched in the first few months of 2023.

Review: OnePlus in 2023

Through 2022, we had OnePlus 10 ProThe OnePlus 10TThe OnePlus North 2Tand the OnePlus North C2. As you can see from that list, the focus was on mid-range phones, with only the OnePlus 10 Pro counted as the current flagship.

There never was For the standard OnePlus 10For reasons that we don’t all know. Perhaps OnePlus felt the Pro moniker carried more weight, or perhaps it felt the phone’s launch calendar was too busy for the year.

In 2023, the situation may be reversed: we’ll get the OnePlus 11 but not the OnePlus 11 Pro next year, According to our friend Max Jambor againeven though the “standard” phone will apparently have the “professional” components installed inside.
