We sell on Amazon

According to PayPal, Venmo users (including nearly 90 million active users in the US) shop nearly twice as much as an “average shopper.” Its partnership with Amazon, which enables fast delivery and easy repeat purchases, appears to be a no-brainer.

Once Venmo is added to eligible accounts, users will be able to use their app balance or any linked bank accounts or debit cards to make purchases. Mobile payments are still covered by Amazon warranty from A to Z (Opens in a new tab)as well as Venmo’s proprietary monitoring and encryption technology.

inside press release (Opens in a new tab)Max Bardon, Vice President of Amazon Worldwide Payments, explained the company’s commitment to providing flexibility to its customers:

“We want to offer customers convenient, easy-to-use, and secure payment options — and there’s no better time for that than during the busy holiday season. Whether it’s cash, buy now, pay later or pay now with Venmo, our goal is to meet the needs and preferences of every customer from Amazon customers.
