It is a treat for overseas Pakistanis as they will no longer have to visit the embassy to register their National Identity. According to a report in Pakistan Tech News, the National Disaster Response Force NDRA has introduced a new digital system called “Pak ID App” that makes the process of registration and verification related to overseas citizens quite easy and quick.
This app allows users to complete their identity applications, document uploads, and biometric verification from the comfort of their homes. This uses AI-based face recognition and fingerprint matching that guarantees both security and precision.
This initiative was gladly received by the overseas community, stating that this app will prove to be a real game-changer for them.
